PROF. RAGHAVAN WAS FELICITAED AT 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF PENNINGTON LIBRARY    Pennington Public library located in Srivilliputhur is one of the oldest libraries in Tamil Nadu established in 1875 by Mr.Pennington, who was the collector of Tirunelveli at the time. It was named in honor of Mr.Pennington.  The Pennington Public Library recently marked its 150th anniversary with a successful celebration on 16th February 2025. Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan (Retd.), former professor in the Department of ECE and ex-library coordinator at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, was felicitated by the library authorities, Mr. Muthupattar and Mr. Jeyakiruba.  Prof. Dr. S.  WORKSHOP ON PRESERVING INDIGENOUS WISDOM: PALM LEAF MANUSCRIPT The Holy Cross College in Tiruchirappalli recently organized a successful workshop titled  Preserving Indigenous Wisdom: Palm Leaf Manuscripts . The session was led by Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan (Retd.), former professor in the Department of ECE and the overall library coordinator at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli.  Prof. Dr. S.
