 A BOOK PUBLISHED BY PROF. DR. S. RAGHAVAN'S  SUCCESSFUL  SCHOLAR  DR. KRUSHNA KANTH Dr. Krushna Kanth , a distinguished researcher and accomplished scholar under the esteemed mentorship of Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan , has made a significant contribution to the field of advanced materials science by co-authoring and publishing the book titled “Handbook of Nano-Metamaterials.”  Dr. Kanth’s work reflects a strong foundation in multidisciplinary research, demonstrating academic excellence and a commitment to advancing the frontiers of nanomaterials and metamaterial-based innovations.

TWO-DAY INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SMART TECHNOLOGIES IN ELECTRONICS AND PHOTONIC SYSTEMS AT RAMCO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY The Department of ECE, in association with the IEEE Photonics Society SBC, conducted a " Two-Day International Conference on Smart Technologies in Electronics and Photonics Systems (ICSTEPS 2025)" from 3 to 4 April 2025.  Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan attended the conference as a Guest of Honour and delivered an inspiring speech on Frequency Selective Surfaces. He highlighted recent advancements in photonics, microwave engineering, as well as their applications in the aerospace and defense sectors.  Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan  encouraged the students to develop application-oriented technologies in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Photonics, Smart Technologies, Data Science, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
