Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan has been honored with the prestigious Fellow Award by the Indian Society of Systems for Science and Engineering (ISSE)

Fellowship Awarded by ISRO Chairman Dr. V. Narayanan

I’m delighted to share that Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan has been honored with the prestigious Fellow Award by the Indian Society of Systems for Science and Engineering (ISSE) during the ISSE National Conference (INAC-07), held in Bangalore on 30th October 2025.

The Fellow Membership is conferred upon distinguished ISSE members who have made exceptional contributions to the field of Systems Engineering and to the advancement of the society. In recognition of his achievements, Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan also received an official congratulatory letter from Dr. V. Narayanan, Chairman of ISRO, dated 18th September 2025.

We are proud to tell that a fitting recognition was earned by Prof. Dr. S. Raghavan, entirely due to research work done under MIC Goddess Prof. Bharathi Bhat who written Artech publications classic practical books, returned after Ph.D. and P.D.F. from Harvard University, woman behind many DRDO laurels stalwart married to microwaves-does not need computer top in the rigorous electromagnetic theory analysis and many more microwave tubes God is living J.C. Bose and Dr. B.N. Basu's mentorship too.

Rajeswari Chatterjee – The first Woman Scientist to pioneer the Field of Microwave Engineering in India Professor Rajeswari Chatterjee lived a fulfilled life as reflected in her own words “Lucky to be where I am” in her biography.
